本政策說明 7Hz（以下稱「我們」）在你使用 OiO 應用程式與相關服務（以下稱「本服務」）時，如何蒐集、使用、分享與保存你的資料，以及你可以如何處理自己的資料。

一、我們是誰

二、我們蒐集哪些資料

相機影像用於辨識時是在你的裝置上即時處理，辨識本身不會把影片串流上傳到我們的伺服器。你主動拍攝並傳送的照片則會上傳。

三、我們如何使用這些資料

提供本服務的功能：帳號、書籍下載與閱讀、聊天、私訊、AR 與路線導引
傳送與你有關的通知（新訊息、服務公告）
維護安全：偵測濫用、處理檢舉與封鎖、執行我們的使用條款
改善服務：彙整使用狀況與錯誤紀錄以修正問題
履行法律義務、處理爭議

我們不會販售你的個人資料，也不會將你的聊天內容用於廣告投放。

四、我們會把資料交給誰

我們只在為了提供服務所必要的範圍內，將資料交給下列服務提供者處理：

Google / Firebase：帳號驗證、推播通知
Amazon Web Services：伺服器、資料庫與檔案儲存（位於日本東京區域）
Apple、Google、Meta（Facebook）：當你選擇以該平台帳號登入時，用於完成登入
金流服務商：處理書籍購買的付款程序

另外，當法律、法院或主管機關要求時，我們可能必須揭露資料。

五、其他使用者看得到什麼

你的顯示名稱與頭像會出現在你參與的聊天室與私訊中
你送出的訊息、照片與分享的位置，該對話中的其他成員都看得到
你封鎖某人時，對方不會收到通知；效果是你不再看到對方的內容
你的電子郵件、電話不會顯示給其他使用者

六、保存期間

帳號與內容：在你的帳號存續期間持續保存。
聊天訊息：保存於對話中，直到你或訊息作者刪除，或該聊天室被移除。
檢舉紀錄與內容快照：為了能追溯處理依據，於處理完成後仍會保留一段合理期間。
刪除帳號後：見下一節。

七、刪除帳號

你可以在 App 內的設定中自行刪除帳號。刪除時會發生下列事情：

你的顯示名稱、電子郵件、電話等個人欄位會被清空
你的登入憑證會被刪除，該帳號無法再登入
你的推播裝置識別碼會被刪除，不再收到通知
你先前送出的聊天訊息會留在對話中，但不再連結到可辨識你的資料。若你希望先移除訊息，請在刪除帳號前於聊天室中自行刪除
我們會保留一份加密的帳號封存資料，期間為 7 年，用於處理爭議、退款與履行法令要求的保存義務；期滿後清除

如果你希望在期限前清除封存資料，或對保存期間有疑問，請來信 7hzdesign@gmail.com。我們會在法律允許的範圍內配合。

八、你的權利

你可以要求查詢、更正、複製、停止處理或刪除你的個人資料。部分項目可直接在 App 內完成（修改個人資料、刪除訊息、封鎖、刪除帳號）；其餘請來信與我們聯絡，我們會在收到請求後儘速處理。

九、資料安全

我們以 HTTPS 傳輸資料，並將資料存放於具備存取控制的雲端服務。任何傳輸與儲存方式都無法保證絕對安全，但我們會採取合理的技術與管理措施保護你的資料。

十、兒童

本服務不面向未滿 13 歲者，我們不會在知情的情況下蒐集未滿 13 歲者的個人資料。若你是家長或監護人並發現孩子提供了個人資料給我們，請與我們聯絡，我們會將其移除。

十一、國際傳輸

本服務的伺服器位於日本，你的資料會被傳輸並保存於台灣境外。使用本服務即表示你了解並同意這樣的傳輸。

十二、政策變更

本政策若有修改，我們會更新本頁面的「最後更新」日期；重大變更會另以 App 內公告或電子郵件通知。

This policy explains how 7Hz (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and retains your information when you use the OiO application and related services (the “Service”), and what you can do about your own data.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

Camera frames used for recognition are processed on your device as they are captured; recognition itself does not stream video to our servers. Photos you deliberately take and send are uploaded.

3. How we use it

To provide the Service: accounts, downloading and reading books, chat, direct messages, AR and route guidance
To send notifications relevant to you (new messages, service announcements)
To keep the Service safe: detect abuse, act on reports and blocks, enforce our Terms of Use
To improve the Service using aggregated usage and error information
To meet legal obligations and resolve disputes

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the content of your conversations for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

We share data with these processors only as far as providing the Service requires:

Google / Firebase — authentication and push notifications
Amazon Web Services — servers, database and file storage (Tokyo region)
Apple, Google, Meta (Facebook) — to complete sign-in when you choose that provider
Payment providers — to process book purchases

We may also have to disclose data when required by law, a court, or a competent authority.

5. What other people can see

Your display name and avatar appear in the chats and direct messages you take part in
The messages, photos and locations you send are visible to the other members of that conversation
When you block someone they are not told; the effect is that you stop seeing their content
Your email address and phone number are never shown to other users

6. How long we keep it

Account and content: for as long as your account exists.
Chat messages: until you or their author deletes them, or the chat is removed.
Reports and content snapshots: for a reasonable period after the case is closed, so the reason for our decision remains traceable.
After you delete your account: see the next section.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself from the app’s settings. When you do:

Your display name, email address and phone number are cleared
Your sign-in credentials are deleted and the account can no longer be used
Your push device token is deleted and notifications stop
Messages you already sent stay in their conversations, no longer tied to data that identifies you. If you would rather remove them, delete them in the chat before deleting your account
We keep an encrypted archive of the account for 7 years to handle disputes and refunds and to meet statutory record-keeping obligations; it is purged when that period ends

If you want the archive removed sooner, or have questions about this period, write to 7hzdesign@gmail.com and we will help as far as the law allows.

8. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, copy, restrict or delete your personal data. Several of these you can do in the app directly (edit your profile, delete messages, block, delete your account); for anything else, write to us and we will deal with it promptly.

9. Security

Data travels over HTTPS and is stored on cloud services with access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

10. Children

The Service is not directed at anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal data, please contact us and we will remove it.

11. International transfers

Our servers are located in Japan, so your data is transferred to and stored outside Taiwan. By using the Service you understand and agree to that transfer.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the “Last updated” date on this page, and announce significant changes in the app or by email.
