本條款是你與 7Hz（以下稱「我們」）之間關於 OiO 應用程式及相關服務（以下稱「本服務」）的協議。下載、安裝或使用本服務，即表示你同意本條款；若你不同意，請停止使用並移除本 App。
一、資格
- 你必須年滿 13 歲才能使用本服務。
- 若你未滿當地法律規定的完全行為能力年齡，須經由家長或監護人同意後使用。
- 你必須提供正確的註冊資料，並為你帳號下的一切行為負責。請勿與他人共用帳號或冒用他人身分。
二、本服務提供什麼
本服務讓你閱讀互動書籍、使用擴增實境（AR）與路線導覽功能，並與其他使用者在小隊聊天室或私訊中交流。我們可能隨時新增、修改或停止部分功能。
三、你的內容
你在本服務中傳送的訊息、照片、位置與其他資料（以下稱「你的內容」）仍然屬於你。為了提供本服務，你授予我們在必要範圍內儲存、重製、傳輸與顯示你的內容的授權，範圍僅限於把內容送達你指定的對話對象、以及維持該對話的紀錄。此授權在你或內容作者刪除該內容時終止，但已依法留存的備份與檢舉紀錄除外。
你必須擁有你上傳內容的權利。上傳他人的著作、肖像或個人資料而未取得同意，責任由你負擔。
四、社群規範：禁止的內容與行為
我們對令人反感的內容與濫用行為採零容忍政策（zero tolerance）。
違反本節規定的內容，我們會在確認後移除；從事這些行為的帳號，我們會限制、暫停或永久終止，嚴重者不另行通知，並在涉及犯罪時通報主管機關。
你不得利用本服務製作、上傳、傳送或分享下列內容：
- 對他人的騷擾、霸凌、威脅、恐嚇，或鼓動他人進行上述行為
- 仇恨言論：基於種族、族裔、國籍、宗教、性別、性傾向、性別認同、年齡、身心障礙或疾病而貶抑、攻擊特定個人或群體
- 色情、露骨性內容，或任何涉及兒童的性化內容
- 暴力、血腥、殘酷或令人不適的畫面；鼓吹自殺、自傷或飲食失調
- 違法內容：毒品、武器、賭博、人口販運、詐騙、竊取的資料或憑證
- 侵害他人著作權、商標權、肖像權或隱私的內容；未經同意公開他人的個人資料（人身攻擊式的資料公開）
- 垃圾訊息、重複張貼、假帳號、機器人操作，或以自動化方式大量發送訊息
- 惡意程式、病毒，或試圖破壞、逆向工程、未經授權存取本服務或他人帳號
- 冒用他人或我們的身分、偽稱與本服務或任何組織有關聯
五、你可以使用的處理方式
在每一則訊息與每一位使用者上，你都可以：
- 檢舉：長按訊息即可檢舉。檢舉會連同該內容的當下快照送交我們審閱。
- 封鎖：封鎖某位使用者後，對方就無法再接觸到你 —— 與對方的私訊會從你的列表消失，對方之後送出的訊息不會顯示給你，也不會發出通知。為了避免被封鎖者得知而轉為騷擾，我們不會通知對方。你可以在設定中查看與解除封鎖名單。
- 刪除：你可以刪除自己送出的訊息，也可以在設定中刪除整個帳號。
檢舉時你可以一併封鎖對方，該封鎖立即生效，不需要等我們審閱 —— 也就是說你不必忍受騷擾內容直到處理完成。
我們會在收到檢舉後儘速處理，正常情況下於 24 小時內完成初步審閱，並對違規內容採取移除或停權等措施。處理結果可能因個案複雜度而需要更長時間。
六、我們的處理權限
- 我們可以在不事先通知的情況下，移除違反本條款的內容。
- 我們可以對違規帳號採取警告、限制功能、暫停或永久終止等措施；情節重大者（例如涉及兒童性剝削、明確的暴力威脅）將立即終止。
- 我們沒有義務事前審查所有使用者內容，但我們保留審閱與移除的權利。
- 若你認為我們的處理有誤，可以來信申訴，我們會重新審視。
七、書籍、購買與退款
- 書籍內容的著作權屬於其作者或出版者。你取得的是個人、非專屬、不可轉讓的閱讀授權，不得重製、散布、公開傳輸或用於商業目的。
- 透過本服務購買的書籍，與你的帳號綁定，帳號刪除後無法復原。
- 退款依中華民國消費者保護相關法令及購買時所示的條件辦理。若你是透過 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 購買，退款依該平台的政策處理。
- 部分書籍可能因作者或出版者的決定而下架；已購買者的既有閱讀權利，我們會盡力維持，但無法保證永久提供。
八、你必須自行承擔的部分
- 戶外與交通安全：本服務含 AR 與 GPS 路線功能。使用時請注意周遭環境，遵守交通規則與場地規定，不要在行走、騎車或駕駛時操作。因不注意周遭而發生的事故，我們不負責任。
- 位置資料的精確度：GPS 與地圖資訊可能有誤差或延遲，不應作為導航、救援或任何安全用途的唯一依據。
- 其他使用者的內容：使用者內容不代表我們的立場，我們不為其正確性或合法性背書。
九、免責與責任限制
本服務以「現狀」提供。在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不對本服務的不中斷、無錯誤或符合特定目的做出保證。在法律允許的範圍內，我們對於間接、附隨、衍生性的損害不負賠償責任；就任何直接損害，我們的總責任上限為你在請求發生前 12 個月內為本服務支付的金額。本條不排除依法不得排除的責任（例如故意或重大過失、人身傷害）。
十、終止
你可以隨時停止使用本服務，並在 App 內刪除帳號。我們可以在你違反本條款、或為遵守法令、或本服務停止營運時，終止或暫停你的帳號。終止後，本條款中關於授權範圍、免責、責任限制與爭議解決的規定仍然有效。
十一、條款變更
我們可能修改本條款。修改後會更新本頁的「最後更新」日期，重大變更會在 App 內或以電子郵件通知。變更生效後你繼續使用本服務，即表示接受修改後的條款。
十二、適用法律與爭議解決
本條款依中華民國法律解釋與適用。因本條款或本服務發生的爭議，雙方同意先以誠信協商解決；協商不成者，以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
若你透過 Apple App Store 下載本 App：本條款是你與 7Hz 之間的協議，與 Apple 無關。Apple 不負責本 App 或其內容，也不負責任何維護或支援。詳細的 Apple 標準最終使用者授權條款請見
Apple Standard EULA；本條款與其不一致之處，就 App Store 下載的版本以較嚴格者為準。
十三、聯絡我們
These Terms are the agreement between you and 7Hz (“we”, “us”) covering the OiO application and related services (the “Service”). By downloading, installing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and remove the app.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
- If you are below the age of legal capacity where you live, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
- You must give accurate registration details and you are responsible for everything done through your account. Do not share your account or impersonate anyone.
2. What the Service does
The Service lets you read interactive books, use augmented reality (AR) and route guidance, and communicate with other users in team chats and direct messages. We may add, change or discontinue features.
3. Your content
The messages, photos, locations and other material you send through the Service (“your content”) remain yours. So that we can operate the Service, you grant us the licence we need to store, copy, transmit and display your content — limited to delivering it to the people you addressed it to and keeping the history of that conversation. The licence ends when you or the author deletes the content, except for lawful backups and report records.
You must hold the rights to what you upload. If you upload someone else’s work, likeness or personal data without their permission, that is your responsibility.
4. Community rules: prohibited content and conduct
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users.
Content that breaches this section is removed once confirmed. Accounts responsible for it are restricted, suspended or permanently terminated — without prior notice in serious cases — and reported to the competent authorities where a crime is involved.
You must not use the Service to create, upload, send or share:
- Harassment, bullying, threats or intimidation of any person, or encouragement of others to do so
- Hate speech: content that demeans or attacks people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability or medical condition
- Pornography, sexually explicit material, or any sexualised content involving minors
- Violent, graphic or gratuitously disturbing imagery; promotion of suicide, self-harm or eating disorders
- Illegal material: drugs, weapons, gambling, human trafficking, fraud, or stolen data and credentials
- Content that infringes copyright, trade marks, publicity or privacy rights; disclosure of another person’s personal information without consent (doxxing)
- Spam, repetitive posting, fake accounts, bots, or automated bulk messaging
- Malware or viruses, or attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or to other people’s accounts
- Impersonation of another person or of us, or false claims of affiliation
5. The tools available to you
On every message and every user, you can:
- Report — press and hold a message to report it. The report reaches us together with a snapshot of the content as it was.
- Block — once you block someone they can no longer reach you: your direct conversation with them leaves your list, anything they send afterwards is not shown to you, and it raises no notification. We do not tell them, so that being blocked cannot itself become a reason to escalate. Your block list is in Settings, where you can also unblock.
- Delete — you can delete messages you sent, and delete your whole account from Settings.
You can block the other person as part of filing the report, and that block takes effect immediately — you do not have to put up with the content until we have reviewed it.
We act on reports as quickly as we can and normally complete an initial review within 24 hours, removing offending content or suspending accounts as appropriate. Complex cases may take longer.
6. What we may do
- We may remove content that breaches these Terms, without prior notice.
- We may warn, restrict, suspend or permanently terminate accounts that breach them. Severe cases — child sexual exploitation, credible threats of violence — are terminated immediately.
- We are not obliged to pre-screen all user content, but we reserve the right to review and remove it.
- If you believe we got a decision wrong, write to us and we will look at it again.
7. Books, purchases and refunds
- Copyright in book content belongs to its author or publisher. What you receive is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it. You may not copy, distribute, publicly transmit or commercially exploit it.
- Books bought through the Service are tied to your account and cannot be recovered after the account is deleted.
- Refunds follow Taiwanese consumer protection law and the conditions shown at the time of purchase. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are refunded under that platform’s policy.
- A book may be withdrawn at its author’s or publisher’s decision. We will try to preserve existing readers’ access, but cannot guarantee it indefinitely.
8. Things that are on you
- Safety outdoors and in traffic — the Service includes AR and GPS route features. Watch your surroundings, obey traffic rules and site rules, and do not operate the app while walking into traffic, cycling or driving. We are not responsible for accidents caused by inattention to your surroundings.
- Accuracy of location data — GPS and map information can be wrong or delayed and must not be your only source for navigation, rescue or any safety-critical purpose.
- Other users’ content — user content is not our view, and we do not endorse its accuracy or legality.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our total liability for direct loss is limited to what you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for wilful misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in the app. We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms, if the law requires it, or if the Service is discontinued. After termination, the sections on licence scope, disclaimers, limitation of liability and dispute resolution continue to apply.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date on this page and announce significant changes in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the amended Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). For any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service, both parties agree to negotiate in good faith first; failing that, the Taipei District Court, Taiwan, shall be the court of first instance.
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and 7Hz, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, nor for any maintenance or support. Apple’s standard end-user licence terms are at
Apple Standard EULA; where these Terms and those terms differ, the stricter applies to App Store downloads.
